Paul Rodliff, a businessman and philanthropist based in the south Florida city of Vero Beach, recently was named one of the nominees for the Florida Charity Award. This award, which goes to a person each year who does a lot of excellent work in the community, can only be won by people who are nominated by citizens. Rodliff has been recognized for the work he has done in all of South Florida, and now he might take home his biggest prize yet for charity work.
Paul Rodliff the businessman
Over the years, Rodliff has managed a number of businesses to help them reach their goals. He now mostly works in consulting, managing his own company that helps small brands learn what needs to be done to be successful.
One of the main points that he always focuses on is putting in the hard work necessary to see results. A lot of people believe that things can magically happen, but that is certainly not the case for a lot of people. The best businesses are built on hard work and dedication, and every small business owner should be thinking that way.
Another thing that all business owners should do involves embracing the community they serve. Many people are more than willing to support local businesses as long as they make a conscious effort to be part of the community. That means interacting with people, showing up to events and of course, doing charity work.
Paul Rodliff the charity man
Rodliff has been giving back to others since he was in high school. He has always had a passion for helping out in a number of different ways. Some of the charity work involves interacting with people who have next to no money. He also loves to give back to charities that focus on helping kids. As a family man himself, he knows that children are the future.
What really caught the attention of residence in Vero Beach was Rodliff lending a hand, or donating money, to such a wide array of charities. Usually people focus on just a few charities that need assistance, but he is willing to show up anywhere at any time.
Having the ability to donate money and time is rarely seen coming from the same person. Most will pick one or the other. Paul Rodliff Vero Beach is certainly not scared to get his hands dirty at a charity event, even if others in his position might only be willing to send in a check to do their part.
What’s next for Rodliff?
Now that he’s been nominated, Rodliff will wait and see when the final announcement is made. It’s an honor for anyone in the area to be nominated, but it would make it even more news if he wins. Not only will this boost his reputation around the area, but it will probably have nothing but a positive impact on his business. Stay tuned for updates as the winner will be announced at a later date.
